Cancelation Policy

Please be courteous with my time as I am with yours.

 

We understand that things happen, but please cancel or reschedule no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. 

 

Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% the service fee in which you are booked for.

 

 

If you do not show up to your appointment without contact with me, you will be charged 100% of the total service fee in which you were booked for.

 

I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge a "no show" fee if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without contact with your service provider.

 

No shows and last minute cancellations are very costly to my business, please understand that a credit card or deposit  will be needed to hold any appointment booked online or over the phone.There are no exceptions.
